Co-packing and private label items are a specialty of Country Ranch Foods. We offer our customers greater flexibility and smaller minimums than the “Mega” plants. Your recipe and process will be protected with the utmost confidentiality and secured with a confidentiality agreement.

Step by Step…
Step 1:
It starts with a phone call. The questions that you may be asked are as follows:
- What if any of the 9 major allergens does your product contain? (Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans, Sesame)
- What type and size package do you want it packed in?
- Briefly describe the process of making it
- Do you have existing volume or is it a startup?
- Existing volume?
- Anticipated future volume?
Step 2:
Both parties Sign MNDA (Mutual non disclosure agreement).
Step 3:
We work up a directional costing of the item based on the recipe and process*.
*This cost is our estimate and is usually very close but until the test batch is made an exact cost is impossible
Step 4:
Set up a time to make a test batch. Although not required, it is best if you are able to be onsite at this point to help fine tune the end product.
Step 5:
We provide final price
Step 6:
We assist in getting it into whatever distribution channel that you prefer and you place your order with them

International Export
We are familiar with the many technicalities involved with international shipping and export. Some of the countries to which we have exported private label/ co-packed products include: Korea, Kuwait, and Germany.
